You work out for yourself—to look and feel better than ever. But you’re also getting fit to be your best for your family and your friends. Moms are all about connecting with and helping others, so why not put that tendency to work—and keep yourself motivated—by joining a community of real moms on a journey of transformation?
We believe that one mom can be strong, but a group of moms can be invincible. And we also believe that getting fit, working out, and eating right is way more fun when you do it with friends—old or new—who are working towards the same goal. So the core of our Fit Moms for Life 6-Week Fitness Challenge is a community of likeminded moms putting trainer Dustin Maher’s fitness expertise to work for each other.
That community may be a group of moms who meets once a week in person to work out, learn healthy habits, and have fun. But if there’s not a Fit Moms for Life group near you, and you’re following the program at home, you’ll have access to the largest FM4L community of all—the group that meets online, sharing tips, tricks, and affirmations on our private FM4L Facebook page. If you’re lucky, you’ll do both: make new friends in person while getting fit with other moms, and also support your sisters in cyberspace on Facebook.
Wherever you find your FM4L support system, you’ll get fit with a little help from your friends—and feel motivated by a lot of support from fellow moms.
